Is This Diet A Gamechanger?

The best way to be healthy is to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables as part of a proper diet and to exercise regularly.

However, many of us are looking for an easier solution; a silver bullet that can improve all aspects of our health.

That’s why studies, such as the one conducted by KGK Science, appeal to us. The eating plan reviewed as part of this study is called ‘Nic’s Keto Diet’.

It saw 140 participants subscribe to the diet and by the end of the study, these participants were generally lighter, had decreased body fat percentages and lower blood sugar levels.

The diet is named after Nicolas Tzenios.

The diet that takes his moniker is low in carbs, with a higher intake of fats than with other similar plans.

Mr Tzenios has an extensive CV. According to a statement detailing the study, Mr Tzenios is a “Professor of Public Health, Fellow of The Royal Society for Public Health (UK), Fellow of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Associate ACADEMICIAN of the International Academy of Social Sciences, Member of the American Academy of Regenerative Medicine, Member of The European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, Member of the Royal Society of Biology and a Postgraduate student at Global Clinical Scholars Research Training Program, Department of Postgraduate Medical Education, Harvard Medical School.”

He previously talked about his goals for this diet. He said: “I see my mission as having two parts. The first is a technical challenge: showing people how to lose weight and become healthier and happier. The second part is the adaptive challenge of changing mentalities.”

Details regarding Nic’s Keto diet can be found on the website.
